NO RETURNS ... All online sales are final and no returns shall be accepted. However, in some circumstances, the owner may override this policy at their own discretion and issue Store Credit only if items are returned within the first 14 days of purchase.

PICK UP POLICY ... Items purchased online or in the store must be picked up within 14 days from purchase. Items not picked-up within 14 days from the date of purchase, shall be restocked on the 15th day and Detroit Urban Artifacts shall issue a store credit for the purchase amount, less a 25% restocking fee.

Detroit Urban Artifacts is not currently shipping orders but all items are available for FREE in store pickup. After online payment has been made for your order, your items will become reserved for pickup at the Detroit Urban Artifact store located at: 1600 Clay Street #119, Detroit, Michigan 48211.
