Historic J. L. Hudson’s Department Store Large Sale/Clearance Sign from Detroit. This sign was used at the iconic J. L. Hudson’s Department Store located in Detroit Michigan. I was told it could of be one of the last signs hanging up when they closed in 1983. It is made of thick plastic and has no cracks or chips. It does have some scratches and some of the paint has worn off. One side is slightly faded but the other side is pretty sharp.

NO RETURNS ... All online sales are final and no returns shall be accepted. However, in some circumstances, the owner may override this policy at their own discretion and issue Store Credit only if items are returned within the first 14 days of purchase.

PICK UP POLICY ... Items purchased online or in the store must be picked up within 14 days from purchase. Items not picked-up within 14 days from the date of purchase, shall be restocked on the 15th day and Detroit Urban Artifacts shall issue a store credit for the purchase amount, less a 25% restocking fee.
